I've owned a Camry( bought at your dealership)since 2003. Today was the
first time other than normal oil, tire, etc. maintainence I had a
problem with my car. THE BATTERY WENT DEAD! I was never involved with
your service dept. My husband always took care of things. Today we were
together. I feel so very compelled to share my experience with you.
Replacing a car battery was never such a PLEASURABLE experience!!!!!!!
Eric is a bright young and VERY PERSONABLE representative. Having known
that I did not feel well to begin with when we arrived, he made
absolutely sure that before we left your area our car was not going to
give us ANY TROUBLE! I was absolutely delighted, He kept us updated on
cenarios of what could possibly be going on in addition to the battery.
It made ME very comfortable. Hats off to Eric. Give the man a Raise!!
